Joseph Harrison Snyder,  that's me in this more than slightly dated picture to the left.  I am a full time artist,  selling my paintings and prints of my paintings in a variety of venues in Upper East Tennessee, Southwest Virginia and occasionally at Eastern Market on Capitol Hill -- 200 block of Seventh Street SE in Washington DC.  My family and I returned to my native Tennessee during the COVID period after many years in Washington. These two regions are the primary subject of my work, and I regularly take on commissioned paintings in both. Please contact me if you are interested in commissioning original art.
